Top-notch facility. Huge, gorgeous rooms. Multi-lingual staff were helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast. Convenient location with many nearby cafes and restaurants.

Gorgeous hotel building, great sightseeing, excellent breakfast, perfect location, beautiful ambiance, comfortable beds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very close to everything and within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel facilities were great and recently renovated, with modern conveniences in every aspect, including the beautiful spa bathtub. The staff was gracious and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide selection of high-quality food that was well worth the price.

Not one thing.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. They provided us with detailed directions and even arranged dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxurious with a jetted tub and a separate rain shower. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions.

One thing I disliked about the hotel was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have the option to make a hot drink in the comfort of our own room.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Petite France, making it extremely convenient to explore the charming streets and enjoy the nearby restaurants. With its prime location, you can easily access all the events and attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The check-in process could be a bit quicker.

The hotel's location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all the major sights. I appreciated the included use of the spa, a great way to unwind. The staff was gracious and helpful, providing dinner recommendations and assisting with reservations. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location was perfect and allowed us to visit all the main attractions on foot. The service was impeccable and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as an ironing board and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed spending time in the spa & wellness centre, as well as the sun terrace. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bar area provided a great atmosphere for a drink in the evenings.
